Travel Voucher Promotion Terms and Conditions...
1. These Conditions of Entry and Competition Rules apply to the Travel Voucher promotion to be held between 20th February 2012 and ending on 7th March 2012. Personalised Plates Limited (PPL) is the promoter and is located at 1A George Street, Newmarket, Auckland 1023.
2. Entry into the promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
3. To be eligible for entry, personalised plate purchases must be:
- Made online with a credit card through our "Buy Now" facility
- Paid in full at the time of the transaction
- Made during the start and end date specified for the promotion
4. Purchases not made online with a credit card (e.g. through other channels - phone, email or Dealer Network) or not made in full (i.e. Laybys) are not eligible for entry
5. The prize draw will be carried out on the next business day following the end date of the promotion. One winner will be selected at random from the eligible entries. The winner will be contacted by email and/or phone. PPL will make reasonable attempts to contact the winners but if they are unable to be contacted within 7 days of the closing date, then PPL may draw another winner.
6. The prize winner's name, city and the plate they purchased will be displayed on our website for promotional purposes.
7. The prize cannot be exchanged for cash, vouchers or alternative prizes/products.
8. PPL staff, family members and contractors are excluded from entry.
9. The Judge’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
10. The winner's name and contact details will be passed onto House of Travel, Newmarket to arrange the Travel Voucher. PPL accepts no responsibility for the product or the winner's travel decisions and experiences whilst travelling.
11. Prize information - The prize is one Travel Voucher to the value of NZD $1000, redeemable through House of Travel, Newmarket, Auckland. The voucher attracts the following conditions:
- Valid for 12 months from date of issue
- Not valid for foreign exchange
- Not valid for online deals
- Not transferable
- Passports & Visa are the responsibility of the prize winner
- Redeemable at House of Travel, Newmarket only
