Mother’s Day 2013 Promotion Terms and Conditions...
1. These Conditions of Entry and Competition Rules apply to the “Mother’s Day 2013 Promotion” to be held between 3rd April and ending on 7th May 2013. Personalised Plates Limited (PPL) is the promoter and is located at 1B George Street, Newmarket, Auckland 1023.
2. Entry into the promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
3. To be eligible for entry, personalised plate purchases must be made by end of business of the closing date of the promotion. Full payment must be receipted by us by this time. Upgrades to existing plates and plates purchased through Dealer channels are not included. In progress laybys will only be included if the final payment is receipted by PPL before the promotion ends.
4. The weekly prize draw will be carried out each week on a Wednesday (starting 10th April 2013 and finishing 8th May 2013) after the banking from the previous day has been processed and will include eligible entries from the previous Wednesday. Credit card payments made after 10pm are included in the following day’s banking.
5. The overall travel prize draw will be carried out on Wednesday 8th May 2013 after the banking from the previous day has been processed and will include all eligible entries from the start of the promotion up to 10pm on Tuesday 7th May 2013.
6. All winners will be selected at random and will be contacted by email and/or phone. PPL will make reasonable attempts to contact the winners but if they are unable to be contacted within 7 days of the closing date, then PPL may draw another winner.
7. The prize winner’s names, city and the plate they purchased will be displayed on our website for promotional purposes. The overall prize winner's name and contact details also will be passed onto House of Travel, Newmarket to arrange the Travel Voucher. PPL accepts no responsibility for the product or the winner's travel decisions and experiences whilst travelling.
8. The prizes cannot be exchanged for cash, vouchers or alternative prizes/products. Any third party vouchers or gift cards won are subject to their own terms and conditions.
9. PPL staff, family members and contractors are excluded from entry.
10. The Judge’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
11. Weekly Prize Information: Week 5 (1st – 7th May 2013): A Walker & Hall Gift Card to the value of $200 (please note: Any third party vouchers or gift cards won will be subject to their own terms and conditions).
12. Overall Travel Prize Information: The prize is one Travel Voucher to the value of NZD $3000, redeemable through House of Travel, Newmarket, Auckland. The voucher attracts the following conditions:
• Valid for 12 months from date of issue
• Not valid for foreign exchange
• Not valid for online deals
• Not transferable
• Passports & Visa are the responsibility of the prize winner
• Redeemable at House of Travel, Newmarket only
